Casey Wiggins, FNP

Casey Wiggins is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in both acute and primary care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Bio-Behavioral Health from Penn State University in 2010 before completing an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Duke University.

Casey began her nursing career in critical care, serving at Duke University Health System and Wakemed Health and Hospitals in the Raleigh, NC area. Driven to expand her scope of practice, she returned to Duke University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018.

Since then, Casey has practiced in diverse clinical settings, including family medicine and urgent care, where she has cared for patients across the lifespan. Originally from Pennsylvania, Casey now resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, and attending Broadway shows.
