Janelle Ondo is a dedicated nurse practitioner with a background in nephrology, urgent care, hospice, and cardiology. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religious Studies and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University, as well as a diploma in nursing from UPMC St. Margaret School of Nursing. She completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Acute Care Adult-Gerontology, at the University of Texas at Arlington and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at VCU.

Outside of her professional work, Janelle enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, hiking, and reading.
