Polyneuropathy nerve damage affecting multiple peripheral nerves can result in symptoms like pain, numbness, weakness, or balance issues. While the underlying nerve damage may not always be reversible, our rehabilitation approach is designed to help you manage symptoms, maintain function, and improve quality of life.
What to Expect from Your Polyneuropathy
Spasticity and Recovery Program
We begin with a full assessment, including medical history and diagnostic testing, to tailor your treatment plan to your specific symptoms and goals.
If vitamin deficiencies are identified, managing these effectively can help slow progression
For immune-related forms, treatments such as immunotherapy or corticosteroids may be considered
Manage discomfort through appropriate medications based on your condition and tolerance.
Key to maintaining strength, improving coordination, and enhancing mobility
Activities such as swimming, walking, or cycling can promote nerve health, reduce pain, and improve balance
Especially for individuals with diabetes, proper care helps prevent complications
Balanced nutrition, avoiding alcohol, and staying active support overall nerve function and recovery
Though polyneuropathy may not have a cure, our comprehensive, team-based program is focused on improving your comfort, mobility, and independence. It’s about more than symptom control it’s about helping you move forward with strength, safety, and confidence.
